At Fenle, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Fenle reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, Fenle does not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement:

You received a damaged product
You received an incorrect product
The product was missing items from the package

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT CLAIMS

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video and clear images of the product and packaging are mandatory for verification.
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

Once verified, Fenle will offer:

A replacement, or
A refund, at our discretion

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind
Fragrance preference not matching expectations
Minor packaging variations
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Product used, opened, or tampered with
Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
