At Fenle, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.


Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing the order.

  • Fenle will not be responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Any request for address changes must be communicated before dispatch.

  • Please allow up to 15 days for processing address change requests after they are received by Fenle.

Return & Replacement Policy – Fenle

At Fenle, we strive to deliver premium-quality perfumes and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Replacement / Exchange

We offer a replacement or exchange only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof (from start to end without cuts)

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or return will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dislike of fragrance

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery

  • Missing unboxing video

Replacement Process

Once your request is approved after verification, a replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
